Do you ship Australia-wide? 

- Yes, we deliver salon furniture and equipment across Australia, including metro,  regional, and remote areas. 

How long does delivery take? 

- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the item ordered. Most in stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days, with delivery generally  taking: 

Metro areas: 2–7 business days  

Regional areas: 5–10 business days  

Bulky or rural freight items may require additional transit time. 

How much does shipping cost? 

- Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your items.  

Can I track my order? 

- Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via  email so you can monitor your delivery. 

Do you deliver to residential addresses? 

- Yes, we deliver to both residential and commercial addresses Australia-wide.

Will the delivery company unpack and set up my furniture?

- Our standard delivery service is a door-to-door service only. This means your  order will be delivered to the entrance of your salon, business, or home. Delivery  drivers are unable to move furniture into rooms, carry items up staircases or  small lifts, unpack products, or remove packaging and rubbish.

Are your salon chairs commercial-grade?

Are your salon chairs hydraulic?

- Yes, our salon basins are designed to suit Australian plumbing standards. We  recommend installation by a licensed plumber to ensure correct setup and  compliance. Please note that failure to use a licensed plumber may void the  product warranty.

Do your products come with a warranty?

What is your return policy? 

- We accept returns on eligible items in accordance with Australian Consumer  Law. Returned items must be unused, in their original, unopened packaging, and  returned within the specified return period. Return shipping costs are the  responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

Can I return an item if I change my mind? 

- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted on selected items, subject to approval  and a restocking fee will apply. Freight charges are non-refundable and freight  costs back to us are the responsibility of the buyer.
